abnormal performance

  1. Insufficient hashrate
  2. Fewer hash boards
  3. Chip loss

Reasons and solutions

  1. Insufficient hashrate. Less working hashrate than target hashrate, is generally caused by network instability, network packet loss, unstable mining pool connection, and high rejection rate, all of which will affect working hashrate. First of all, it is necessary to check the local area network of the mining site to eliminate unstable factors. Generally, it is the virtual connection of the network cable or the problem of the network equipment itself. You can replace the network cable or find a network administrator to assist in the investigation. Secondly, network operators may cause some network problems. Miners have requirements on the upstream and downstream of the network, so that the dedicated line requires that upstream and downstream are equal. In addition, a 4G card is not recommended. The signal strength is directly related to the network quality, if the signal is weak, it will directly affect the network, resulting in lower hashrate.
  2. Interference or unstable power supply. The network needs to be shielded, sockets and shelves need to be well grounded, and the grounding resistance is generally less than 4 ohms. If the power supply is unstable, it needs to be replaced.
  3. Abnormality of the cable. The cable is loose or broken due to transportation or vibration. If the cable is loose, it can be restored by re-inserting the cable. If the cable is broken, replace the cable.
  4. If the hash board is missing or the chip is incomplete, they are all considered as damaged hash boards, and there is a high probability that repair is needed.
